Vouves Panorama Stone Villas is a complex of two detached stone villas with private swimming pools in the area of Vouves, near the town of Kolymbari, west of Chania. The complex is set amongst olive groves in the countryside of probably the most well-known village in Western Crete because of its monumental olive tree.

The two villas are currently being built (to be completed by June 01, 2012), and each of them combine the traditional style with all the modern comforts. Both of them are on two floors, and they offer all the amenities one would ask for in a holiday home, such as TVs, large electric kitchen and all kitchen electrical appliances as well as utensils. The outside areas for both the villas were well designed too, with large infinity swimming pools (with kids` pools as well); with a barbeque, and beautiful landscaping and gardens with outside sitting, sunbathing and dining areas and can suggest magnificent sea views as well as views to the valley that lies between the towns of Kolymbari and Tavronitis.
Both villas could be used all year round, as they have A/C throughout, as well as a fire place for the winter.

Villa Metohi consists of two en-suite bedrooms, which are both situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, whereas the second bedroom has two twin beds. Moreover, there is an extra sleeping area with a twin sofa bed in the living room and an extra bathroom on the ground floor. The ground floor comprises of an open-plan fully equipped and fully furnished kitchen/living room and dining area with access to the front yard and the swimming pool. Apart from the side balcony with sea and mountain views and access to the roof terrace; the master bedroom has another balcony with views to the pool but also magnificent sea and mountain views. More to the above, there is a third balcony on the first floor that is accessed from the second bedroom and has views to the valley and olive groves

On the other hand, Villa Archontiko consists of three bedrooms, out of which, two are en-suite. The master bedroom is one of the en-suite bedrooms and is situated on the first floor; it has its own private outside area with panoramic sea-views, whereas the other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Too, the second villa is fully equipped and fully furnished and has also had an extra sleeping area. The villa also consists of three bathrooms (two on the ground floor and one on the first floor � for the master bedroom).

The two villas are not far away from all the amenities and facilities of the village of Vouves., where our visitors can find mini-markets; restaurants/traditional tavernas; bakeries etc within a short driving distance. While the area is very peaceful and secluded and the views to the valley and the sea are stunning, yet, the cosmopolitan towns of Kolymbari and Platanias with a great nightlife are only a few kilometres away (the town of Platanias is about five kilometres away, whereas Kolymbari is only two kilometres away), and the nearest sandy beach is less than two kilometres away. The city of Chania, with the Venetian Harbour and all the museums; tavernas/restaurants and shops is about fifteen kilometres` away, the same as the General Hospital of Chania (there is also a Health Center in Kolymbari two kilometres away).

More to the above, a visitor can find monuments of significant importance in the village, such as The Olive Tree Museum of Vouves, which is located besides the Monumental Olive Tree of Vouves, the oldest olive tree in the world. The Monumental Olive Tree of Vouves has been declared as a `natural heritage monument` due to its special ecological and historical importance.
